Transcription/Translation Animations

Here are some great animations that I want you to take a look at. The second one really shows translation well, and the first step is a good overview of the entire process of protein synthesis. This will help you visualize and understand what is really going on. Hope it helps, and yes, you HAVE to watch both animations..

  1. Thanks for posting the videos, I appreciate it. They gave me a better visual on transcription/translation, and the graphics were soo realistic. =)

  2. So the first video was cool, it helped me understand a bit better than I did. Also, since we didn't finish translation yet in class, it helped get a brief overview of what's to come.

The second video was much better than the first. I think the pictures were a little better in it than the first one. I liked this video because it talked about the three steps of translation which I was a little confused about, but now I understand!

Kudos to Ms. Azam for finding them lol =)

  3. I felt like I was watching a movie! It was really good and I really like how the narrator explains what the video is doing step by step.
